Booking and cancellation terms

The General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply. In our guests' favour, cancellation is free of charge up to two months before the agreed day of arrival. Unlike the three-month period of the AGBH, cancellation fees only apply within the last two months before arrival.

General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry – PDF in German

Basis of calculation: cancellation fees are calculated on the agreed accommodation price for the entire booked stay. Final cleaning and the local tourist tax are not included.

Up to two months before arrival: no cancellation fee
Less than two months up to and including one month before arrival: 40% of the agreed accommodation price for the entire booked stay
Less than one month up to and including one week before arrival: 70% of the agreed accommodation price for the entire booked stay
Less than one week before arrival: 90% of the agreed accommodation price for the entire booked stay
In case of early departure: 100% of the agreed accommodation price for the nights not used

Travel insurance

To spare you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation or mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend the European Travel Insurance (Europäische Reiseversicherung). You can take it out directly when booking online or later by emailing us.
