General
We process personal data solely on the basis of the applicable law (GDPR, Austrian TKG 2021). We do not use advertising services; visitor statistics only with your consent.
Hosting and server log files
When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date, time, page visited, browser) is processed by the hosting provider to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website and the holiday assistant's database are operated on the Lovable platform; delivery is via the Cloudflare network.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you agree in the cookie notice do we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). Cookies are set and usage information (e.g. pages viewed, clicks on enquiry, booking, email and phone links, device, approximate location) is sent to Google with a shortened IP address; transfer to the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored in your browser (“sw_consent”).
Language setting
If you actively choose a language, we store that choice in a technically necessary cookie (“sw_lang”, stored for 1 year). It contains only the language code.
Fonts
The fonts are loaded locally from our server. No connection is made to external font providers.
Enquiries and bookings via easybooking
For availability, prices, enquiries and bookings we use the easybooking software (easybooking GmbH, Austria). On the relevant pages, content is loaded from easybooking servers. The data you enter is processed to handle your enquiry or to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process your details to handle your request and any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
External links
Links to route planners (Google Maps) and other websites open external services. Only then do the respective provider's privacy terms apply.
Holiday assistant (AI)
When you use the holiday assistant, your questions and the answers are sent to an AI service (Lovable AI, via a gateway to OpenAI) and stored in our database together with a random conversation ID so you can continue your conversation. The ID is kept only in your browser. “New conversation” also deletes the previous conversation from our database. No automatic deletion period is currently set up: without this action, the conversation remains stored until you ask us to delete it. Please do not enter sensitive personal data (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
