Ellmau lies between the Wilder Kaiser and the gentle grassy mountains. Much of it starts right at our front door.
Summer
Hiking and running trails pass right by the house, and the golf course is next door. You can hire e-bikes in the village and charge them at our house for free.

Winter
Ellmau is part of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental. The free ski bus (line C2) stops at Wochenbrunnweg, only 10 m from the house, and the cross-country trail and winter walking path start at the house.
